unfortunately the consistency for the gluten free sugar cookie recipe that i posted for rudy day testing did not work out. they tasted good, so at least we got that right. but to call them cookies would not be an accurate statement.
trying again soon - and i will post the recipe!

ReplyDeleteoh I am sorry to hear they did not turn out well!! I managed to make a good GF shortbread - if I can figure out where I put the recipe I will post it. Looking forward to your next try - I really need a good sugar cookie recipe too ;)
